2tbs. olive oil 2 garlic cloves 10 ounces eel (cleaned) salt & pepper Crush red pepper flakes 1/2 cup white wine
Directions:
heat oil in sauce pan. Add minced garlic and eel. and saute untill cooked threw and white wine season with salt and pepper, crushed red pepper flakes. And simmer untill the meat becomes opaque. then serve.
